So what. One Kinesis wheel fails on a high horsepower car at the track. Happens all the time to BBS, OZ, Fikse and others.



A quote from the owner of the wheels:

calm down Richy...i just thought it was funny and it made me think of you since you just bought them.....it's ok bro....but I told you, you should have held out for a set of pimped out Axis Hagens

 

I watched an OZ center hub fail on an R8 at Petit LeMans a couple years ago. It does happen.

 

I'm calm... I know you were just trolling for shock value.

Public Service Announcement:

If anything, I think this is a good reminder for all of us to check the wheel integrity (small hairline cracks) closely before each track event.
