I have the same thing Ray.....

Im almost positive its an axle nut thing, There was a TSB about it a couple years ago. Im pretty sure they just re-grease it and torque it down to spec.

^ yep, my 02 had that problem, had it corrected, then it would come back after awhile

The clicking in the rear went away.
