Default Clicking rear end

Recently my car developed a clicking noise coming from the rear end. I've researched, and pretty much concluded that it's not the differential, as, to my understanding, if that clicks it increases with speed.
My problem occurs most noticeably when backing out of my driveway. It will click/pop a few times when first backing up, then once I get on the road and start to go forward, it will pop a few times until the revs get up. After that, it doesn't do it again until I reverse again (at least not that I notice).
Anyone know what this could be?

Rear hub nuts need to be re-torqued to the new 220 lb/ft. There's a TSB on this.
