i knew that the "weed 'n' feed" would get edited ...not sure how much...i still have to call in to find out

Just do it and stop asking questions ! You have a black car and they are the easiest ones to spot with no front plates. Put the plate on or be prepared to pay some tickets. The pots holes are the worst I have ever seen and the repairs need to be payed for some way!

yeah they are...on the east side i had to go 15 in a 35 due to the 1ft x 1ft holes ALL over the frickin rd
