My front plate is on to avoid the pull over situation. Won't they ever get rid of this law?

i dont have an s2k but i use a licence plate cover, it gives it a tinted look and as far as i know its not illeagal. on the other hand, does the s2k really look that bad with the front plate?

other issues to consider maybe brackets to attach to the grill? im not sure if holes have to be drilled in the s2k bumper to attach it....

i believe anything obstructing the view of the plate is considered illegal. clear frame is ok, tinted, i believe is not. (don't know how many police officers enforce this though)...

the front plate law isn't going away anytime soon unfortunately. every year we hope...evey year it gets shot down

btw..popeye.. i hate you...

I drove my Z for a year and a half without a front plate. Got stopped by a State Trooper and City Cop at the same time on Memorial Day weekend. Had to take a sobriety test. I know I didn't pass the test but wasn't shit faced either. State Trooper was cool about it and just gave me a warning after he deemed me safe to drive.

I bought an aftermarket bracket designed specifically so I would not have to drill holes in the front bumper that are required for the OEM bracket.

A cop in German Village told me to put it on. Since he drives down this street just about every day, I caved.

That's right. Popeye also runs a rear plate only.

This is borderline "Dark Side" material.
