I have to decide also and like the Idea of Zip ties..... I was pulled over in GENEVA and luckily no ticket... Cops daughter works for me...

family moved to ohio in 1991. none of our cars have ever had a front plate installed and it has never been a problem or even mentioned. i refuse to put one on unless they made my life very miserable...hopefully they wont crack down in cincy.
