Default HU with modifry install help

Anyone free tomorrow that could help me real quick? everything is out, just trying to figure out how the modifry works to no avail and need help. Will drive thanks!!

Alpine something (it's downstairs) everything is wired and ready to go. Everything looks ok but the dash controls won't work. Not sure if something on the modifry is plugged in wrong or what? Stumped at the moment.

Dip switches on the modifry unit set correctly? You have the alpine one and not the pioneer one?

All switches are on like instructions say


There is this gray wire with some sort of attachment that I have no idea what to do with. It comes strait off the modifry unit.

Grey wire is optional if you want speed sensitive volume control. I never hooked it up.

I would just double check it's wired per the instructions below.

Also note, some of the button functions are a little different than stock. As long as you push and release the mode button and it changes mode should be OK.
