Default ? for those of you with Invidia Exhaust

I just installed and Invidia cat back and it is LOUD... As far as I know its just a V2. Have you guys been harrassed by the cops with this exhaust? I have had Borla before and this is WAY louder.

Jims2k I think I meet him at backstreet.. He has a nfr with a sweet looking
custom interior right? He had the Invidia titanium dual cat back and it was loud. A good loud but loud.... I think he wants to get rid of it.

It's loud alright. But believe it or not, now that I've added the Berk header, it seems to have changed the harmonics of the whole system, and even my wife commented that it's not as bad. I've never installed the silencers, as I bought the exhaust for performance.

As far as being hassled by the local constabulary, I keep a sharp eye out and back off the throttle as necessary. I did have a local officer pull up next to me and ask me if I wasn't a bit too old for this (how rude!) so I boosted up my subwoofer and volume for just a second or two and said "it could be a lot worse". He just smiled, shook his head and drove off.

Great comment Jim Good seeing u this past weekend. And love the come back with the sub, ur a great guy!

As for the invidia, i will say that it's much louder behind the car for a long trip, lol. But yes it's loud, but performance is a plus. The loudness is only thing holding me back from invidia. Most likely going with a comptech this summer! Just my opinion. But yes, Jim has a sweet ride!

I've been pulled over with mine and given a warning. I was downshifting under a bridge before a turn and there he was, cop on a bike. I don't use the silencers and have a test pipe. The test pipe helped with the drone. Good thing he didn't look under the car.
