I had a sales guy at Volvo yesterday tell me that the aftermarket NAVS are so good, they do not put them in their cars any longer.
unless it washes your car also, that is an odd statement.

Have to deal with cables and wiring and some vibraton too. Good point.
a bigger screen would be great, but it'll suffice for now, I don't think it's better than an OEM setup, but since it's not an option, and the only option to do so isn't the cheapest or easiest, so i'm cheaping out and actually happy to do so, now if i didn't have a Palm cell phone, i wouldn't have bought it.......there are no cables which is why i went that route:

GPS receiver:

-No wires, bluetoof

My Blackberry has GPS. Wonder how that would work in the car. I guess I need to read the manual.

with that you will just need to pay for the service, find out how much more it is and see what it pans out to over say 2 years, does your blackberry have an extra memory card (SD cards)?

I found a glitch in my Garmin this weekend. Traveling north on Rt83 it told me to turn left at the traffic circle in Litchfield! The map was correct with a right turn but the voice said turn left. The moral is never trust a women giving you directions.
