They do, what I had happen wasn't due to it being too tight as much as corrosion above where the bolt likely sticks up past the nut in the body. It loosened just fine, but became bound about 1" out. I was stupid and used a breaker bar which broke the bolts.

The issue with loose subframe bolts is a problem IMO, compounded by the float allowed with the existing bolts. The spoon ridged collars are a good fix, which is what I was installing when this happened.

Ah interesting. I probably would have used a breaker bar too to be honest. Would you suggest first using PB Blaster or adding some heat to the bolts instead next time?

it is hard to get PB blaster in there, but yes both heat and PB blaster. I also should have stuck with an impact and worked them forward and backward in a slow process of clearing the threads.

+1. i need to find someone that does alignments too... anyone know someone or have a connection in cbus?

Ive been neglecting working on the car. I think with the next couple of weeks being nice, i will try to knock some of the stuff off my list.

Things still left to install...
-OEM 4pc premium floor mats (should be here tomorrow)
-Spoon calipers/stainless lines
-Axle spacers
-Paint and Install new hood
-Mugen steering wheel w/hub

Re71s sound like a pretty loud tire. Since I'm not tracking these wheels with these tires, I'm not sure I need these to be that performance oriented with a risk in the rain. The Michelin Pilot Sports are also on my list.
