Hello everyone.

I am in need of a new air filter in the Edmond area. I have been to pep boys and o'riellys and no one has it in stock.

Where is a good place to buy as well as the best price. Order from them or online? Also, which brand do you feel is the best I.e k&N?

If your up for ordering online, handa.com is my favorite place. They sell all OEM stuff for s2k's, along with the filters. The OEM filters are actually really good and I hate K&N stuff. Save your money and get an OEM!

 

OEM has to be replaced just like your doing now, there's a thread on here (can't find it) that shows a new k&n drop in filter making 7whp over a brand new OEM filter, back to back dynos. And the K&N filter is reusable via their "recharger" kit, I've been using mine for the last 2 years problem free, just give it a good cleaning every 6 mos or when I see it's overly dirty.

I would.... I DID go K&N. You can order the whole intake online if you want but I think your local O'Reilleys *should* have a drop in cone filter that would fit the stock air box
