Default Brake Pads

Looking for some opinions on what to replace my front brake pads with. Should I call up Honda and get OEM, or has anyone tried different pads that gave them better performance?

I think it would be a good idea to do this before the Hills Run, and Joe, maybe I put on the your front S02's before the Hills run as well? XLR8 - is your garage open for business any time soon?

EBC green stuff pads i think alot of people use for performance, i hear they last longer and give off better performance, not to mention reduce brake dust. They also make Red stuff ceramic pads which are for more heavy duty performance. The green stuff are for more spirited driving i think, but I hear alot more people use the green. Heres an example. http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/performa...d=282&year=2001

Good Luck!

Alex is a dealer for them, asked him to get the price for HPS - High Performance Street and HP Plus / Autocross.

I got pads in... but they are for the rears. I am still waiting (hoping) the fronts come in really soon. Put the wheels/tires back on. Pads not installed yet.

How was BYB yesterday?

I know... I heard. Didn't they also send the wrong ones? Aren't they for an Accord or something like that?

BYB was good. Awesome weather and tons of cars. BTW- The white Lambo showed up. He was looking for you so that you could test drive it. Should of showed up. A T-Rex showed up. Those are the three wheeled cycle cars. Pretty unique. I think Julie got some pics. Also, didn't know if anyone saw the Focus with the 5.0 shoehorned into to it. More effort than I would want to go through, but ya gotta give the guy props. I bet it runs.
