I gather a number of 2006 models have had problems with dashboard bubbles. I noticed my 06 had some bubbles a week or so ago. A gentle push and they seemed to disappear... but in the longer run I might need a repair (under warranty). Does anyone in OKC have a dealer recommendation or experience with this repair. Thanks.

 

check with a honda dealer far as warranty goes.should be under warranty.

 

i work at steve bailey honda, if you go there and ask for jamie to work on the car, ill check it over for ya. cant promise anything but will be fair. if it is under warranty there wont be any charge to take a look and see what we can do.

 

Thanks, I plan on an oil change soon, once the ice melts and temperature goes up a little.

Those who fixed it under warantee had no problems with the dealers. No questions. Just take it in.

 

Yes, I saw that thread a little while ago and didn't think too much about it. Then about a week or so ago (before the ice) I was driving home and noticed some bubbles on my dash. It seemed that most of the repairs were handled well under warranty. Replacing the dash seemed like a big deal, re possible squeeks etc and was wondering if others in the area had any experience to share. It appears that most of the repairs in other areas of the country were done well.
