Default I'm Kyle Kirk

Hey everyone! My name is Kyle Kirk. I just recently purchased a wrecked 02 Sebring Silver s2000. I own a collision repair shop in southwest Missouri, and saw this as a great opportunity to finally get into the realm of the s2000! I've had many chances to work on s2ks over these last few years and have come to appreciate not only the quality and performance of these cars, but the aesthetics as well!
The car I purchased, as the previous owner put it, "got in a fight with an elephant." More like a tree jumped out and kicked it right in the fuel door! It caved in the quarter panel, buckled the floor, caved in the inner wheel house, shattered the upper control arm, bent the lower control arm and trailing arm, and generally shifted the back half of the car!
The car is currently on the frame machine, Ive already gotten the back half squared back up, the floor and all the driver side inner structure cut out and its getting ready to go back together.
My plans for this car include a full color change and various other personal touches!

Build thread and progress pictures are soon to come!!!

Here's where I'm starting...

For those that couldn't see the picture.

Otherwise, Kyle is the talented individual who painted my car, and in his capable hands, I'm sure this car is going to look nifty once it's ready to hit the road again.

Stay tuned, progress being made daily.

For Kyle

"Well, I told you that I would upload some pictures of the progress. And here we are! On the frame machine, pulled around and parts coming off!!!"

This was all from last week, the new parts are now all on and welded into place, and the next steps are going to be finding some AP2 tail lights and AP2 rear bumper cover.
