every shoei i have ever tried on has also been the most comfortable helmet. dont settle for anything but the best. stay away from hjc. they are cheap and it will crack with minimal force. first helmet i ever had was a hjc and i put a crack in just from everyday luggin it around. i would never let anyone wear those. yes the govt does mandate safety ratings for helmets so you would think they would all be safe, right? wrong. just like the fda has approved, disapproved, then approved ephedra and its been known to kill people. im just saying, just because a helmet says its dot and snell approved does not mean its an excellent quality helmet that would save your life when the shit hit the fan. just my .02. btw, that is a sharp ass looking bike.

thanks for the input on helmets. I'm dead set on the shoei rf-1000 caster tc-1 graphic. That should protect my head well
