i put on my trunk and didnt drill the key hole.i wanted to keep it shaved.
i shut it about ten times and opened it and it worked fine.
drove to go eat and the dang thing wouldnt open.
its stuck now!

Does it only not open when you use the remote or does it not open using the button inside the car, too?
I'd suggest having hboy7777 take a look at it.
