Hi all, I'm new to the forum. My best friend owns an AP1 S2k and is pushing me to buy one of my own. I have driven his on numerous occasions and I've been blown away. I have had a 2003 Eclipse for 7 years and have learned a lot. Like, that my car is slow..and will never be as good as an S2k. 
I joined the forum to learn more about the community, the car, and where I can get my own. In my experience with going with my buddy to meets, the S2k community is a great group of people. I look forward to meeting you all. I hope I can stash enough cash to buy my own S2k as soon as possible. I've never driven any car that puts a smile on my face that I couldn't scrub off with comet and a belt sander.

Welcome Matt, I am glad you joined the forum so you can have the opportunity not to only learn more about the car, but about the strong community that also supports it.

Hey guys! I've owned an S2K for about 7 months and I'm loving it although I just had to replace an entire cylinder head and valves because the previous owner scammed me and sold it to me that way. Despite these troubles I have decided that I am going to drive my S till it dies and I hope I get to meet a lot of great people along the way
