Checked on it again tonight.

Sitting outside again, this time with the front bumper cover off, looked a littl sad....

Was glad to see they finally finished the debate on how to fix it correctly...

Wont know until I pick the car up today.

So far I'm not happy with them, at all, and wouldn't recommend them.

What my comments meant are that after having the car 4 days, and saying they were debating on how to fix the car for 3 of those days, it appears they finished the debate and decided to fix the car correctly.

The primary reason the car went back was a 2" "crease" in the color near the passenger side headlight. It almost looked like something made contact with the color while it was still wet. Instead of taking the 15 minutes to fix it they sprayed the clear right over it. So they were debating on whether they could buff it out, for 3 days. Now I am no body man, but I do know a little about auto paint. What I do know is that you can buff for along time, and you will still never fix a blemish in the color coat unless you buff through the clear. At that point you are going to lay some new color on anyway, so I'm not sure what the debate was.

This was in addition to:

1) Broken passenger wheel well liner
2) Non OEM fasteners in wheel well liner, and some missing
3) All of fasteners missing from front lip
4) Broken side marker light
5) Misaligned driver's fender
6) Misaligned bumper
7) Driver's side running light inop
8) Blending on passenger fender right over chips, didn't take time to feather them in
9) Orange peel on front bumper
10) Overspray on driver's windshield post
11) Polish slung onto convertible top from buffing
12) Polish all over engine compartment
13) Letting the car sit outside when we were assured "convertibles never sit outside".

All of this makes me laugh when I hear their commercial, "We make it look like new"...

They do have a Z8 sitting on the floor there right now, if my car isn't ready today I am going to demand I get it as a loaner.....

It's just one of those things.

In the interim Laura is cruising around in a '94 Geo Prizm we picked up.

Not quite as cool as the S, but for $1000 it is pretty spiffy. Plus it gets 30mpg.

It was flat red when we got it. And like others on this site that remove certain items to personlize their vehicle, notice the lack of emblems....
