I had to break off early from the rest of the group to attend a wedding. They'll be back in Bend in a couple of hours and some might post photos then.

We just returned from a great trip to Bend & Crater Lake National Park. Aaron and Shonda were fantastic hosts in their home town and had all the events dialed in for us. It has been a number of years since we last visited Bend and found all the folks we met from the coffee shops to the gas stations to be very friendly and helpful. Crater Lake is a true gem of the Pacific Northwest and was as spectacular as we remembered from a past visit.

Kudos to Aaron, Shonda and Doug for planning and leading the drive and making this trip feel like a mini-vacation.
