When's the absolute deadline to sign up? I would love to go if I can catch up with some of the work by Friday.

There is no official sign-up. I told everyone to be ready to leave the McDonalds at 8:00am. If you are able to go, be there by 8:00am to catch us as we leave. If you need coffee or pit stop prior to heading out, show up earlier to make sure you are ready to go.

Well, my muffler hangs something like 3 inches off the ground at the moment. When we were angling the pipe, we didn't take that into account lol. I scrape it on hard dips and stuff. Even more so with a person in the passenger seat.

I think it looks amazing though. Think i could just get away with welding a plate on the bottom for reinforcement? I should be going to forged thursday or friday to get it looked at.

Jimmy, that will most definitely scrape. With that said, at every dip where you "could" scrape, you will have notice to slow down to avoid compressing the shocks enough to scrape. Keep good spacing, you'll see the others in front of you "dip" and know to slow down beforehand.

I've done this drive with everyone numerous times, it is an absolute blast. For the newbies, while it is safe, the drives are quick and truly lets you enjoy what the s2000 was designed for. Stay alert and focused on driving. You'll find some new found enjoyment

Very much looking forward to our first drive with the group

Unfortunately I'll be skipping the climbing of the column. I discovered a fear of heights whilst trying to climb out on to the deck, much to the amusement of everyone around. The Rogue sounds great though!

Not sure if you need to know - we won't be in the return group as we're heading down to Cape Kiwanda after for the night.

If any one is up for a pre drive drive to the meeting place, we'll be at Lovejoy Bakers in the am getting some breakfast

Hmmm. I'll take it to forged and see what they can do, and depending on what happens while I'm there, you guys can count me in again.

Jimbo, I had the same issue with a 5Zigen fireball for an Integra. Literally got a piece of metal, about 2x4" bent it to shape then taped it on to cover the lowest part, then after our road trip just removed it and everything was great.
