Default N/A setup

So I looked into going supercharge and turbo, but they cost way too much for my pockets...it looks like I will be going n/a for a while.

Where should I start? I have the basics already...intake, exhaust, headers. I want to get more power to the wheel without burning a big hole in my pockets since I am in college still.

Any ideas?

Here's a list of my mods:

Comptech Headers
Comptech Intake
Hks Hi-Power Exhaust
Tein Lowering Springs
Front Strut Bar
X-Brace
Sway Bars....
I need more power! Lol

squeezing is the only cheapest solution next to supercharge/turbo

save up for a turbo don't play with little bolt-ons that make 2-3whp

run a 50 or a 75 shot. why not? it doesn't beat up your motor constantly like boost, and you only run the extra power when you need it. just buy a decent set up for like 500 or 600, and you can be looking at 300whp at the touch of a button. i know its nothing like boost, but it is cheaper than a comptech header alone, lol.

if you decide to stay n/a, a 70mm is a must to maximize power. anthony can chime in on his results from switching from the dual to the single 70. the best investment for me was gears. you should also consider a nice clutch/flywheel setup. after that, the S is so well built already you arent going to get much after that. my opinion is if you choose to stay n/a, then your investment should go towards gearing/suspension/aero and losing some weight on the chasis.

I agree with Hiep. For an N/A S I would focus my attention to suspensions, gears, and weight loss.

I spent about 6-7k for the kit + supporting mods installed/tuned

Greddy kit
AEM Gauges AFR + TruBoost
AEM EMS
Berk 70mm HFC
Invidia V4 exhaust
and most importantly dyno tuning by Jason @ portland speed industries.
