Yea I'm planning on it probably sometime around spring time. How long did it take for you to get them done? I don't know if I want gloss or flat black. It's going to be black either way tho.

Once you get the wheels to the shop it should take no more than two or three days. It all depends on how busy the shop is. Usually what holds them up is getting the wheels sandblasted. The total for me came to $208. They had to use some stripper to get the clear coat off the original finish, then they sandblasted, then powdercoated, then clear coated. They also sandblasted and powdercoated my lugs and spray matched my center caps.

Anyway, to tell you honestly on what i think on your car's powdercoated OEM wheels.....hmmmmm. Not bad at all....They look very nice they'll be match pretty good when the top is up and those beautiful side mirrors and the wheels have a resemblance of a Mugen wheels and the whole car looks like it's been Mugenized. I think you should get the Mugen front lip spoiler...i really like them a lot on AP2 front bumper. Just a thought only...here's some pics....be aware they're spendy but it's okay just to drool on though. Say hi to all the S2K gang for me. Hope to see you guys again on another gatherings.
