can't buy the GT35r. i'll be needing new tires in a month or so...looking to get the RE-11.

All the garrett turbos they have on clearance have .63 ar exhaust housings. So your .63 35r isnt much better off than a 30 with a 1.06 ar. We were going to pick up some of these tubos for stock but had no interest in the small housings. Though you could pick up a 35r for a good price, run it, then down the road buy the larger exhaust housing.
