How important is it to re-apply double sided tape when re-installing a front lip? Also, any tips on removing the glue residue?

 

You can use gas lighter for removing glue residue. Dont forget to put wax on the area after that.

I dont know if its important to put double sided tape, maybe yes, if you have a little space between the bumper and the lip. Is it a OEM front lip ?
