Alfy, its called flexing your time. Us 1%ers are allowed to do that!

Had a rough day today, I didn't get any video. But I got 2nd best time of the day!

They are timing you now? That's pretty sweet! Did you have to pay extra?

This particular session was free, probasbly due to the small number of people today. usually I think it's extra.

Looks like a Top Gear type board, nice. Hopefully they will continue the timing next year. I'd pay a few extra bucks to get official timing.

From what I hear they are doing a TG style lap board that you can come down any day that they are not doing a comptitive event, pay $25, run 6 laps, and they record your best time, and give you a print off of all your times. IDK if timing will continue to be used at lapping days. This just makes me want to get back up there all the more. That or they need to grandfather in some older times... The funniest thing is that the fastest time on the board is a good 10 seconds off of the lap record for a car.

^^ They should indicate whether street or race tires were used. Still, pretty awesome and it's about damn time!

Fastest time is a 1:07 eh? looks like I got some work to do.... But probably won't be possible without R comps.

That's what sparked my comment. An Ariel Atom is barely a car, less so with race tires. ...which is what I think Mr. Clay is referring to.
