Another hit
You may want to invest in a B&W security camera and IR illuminator.
In the future, it will do you much more good than an alarm when trying to deter or identify thieves.
About $500 (perhaps a bit less) will get you a decent setup and image that is clear enough to make an identification.
I've got a fairly extensive setup around the perimeter of my property and house. With the illuminators it's as bright as day to the cameras in what appears to be pitch black to the naked eye. You wouldn't even know that you are being recorded. Streaming video is sent from all of the cameras (16 of them) to a server for storage.
Let me know if you're interested in anything, I have have wholesale access to camera equipment.

Wow, sounds as though you are ready for an army of professional car thieves
Your setup sounds incredible - however I will probably be locking down my baby in a more secure location with some other classic cars. I'm just bummed that I won't have the convenience of having her here when I feel like just jumping in and going for a drive.
Sorry to hear about that man, the same thing happened to me on my '02 Civic. They took the Seats, and shift knob blah blah blah..
My best advice for you, is get the alarm with Proximity tuned only to go off when there is interference in the car, and get the pager.
Pager. Pager. Pager.
They get in the car, and kill the siren, I have already been paged.
That combined with all the racket is your only hope of security if you park outside.
Sorry again for your loss.
