Default Autocross this weekend

I'll be there, but unsure as to what I'll be driving. It may be my S2K as the Porsche's tranny is down & out - (Steve, plug your ears...) darn german reliability! Actually that car has put up with a lot of abuse as a dedicated autocross car, it's just sad to hear it's having issues...

I'm registered. I'll probably be hung over but maybe it'll help me focus.

I'm supposed to be leaving Sunday for PIR to track the bike on Monday. Hmm... maybe I can do this too? Since the Alfa day was full and even though I prefer the track over AutoX, I'm dying to toss the S around.

JawKnee, you can sign up for the morning session and be able to leave the site by roughly 1pm...

As for passengers, it's up to the club hosting the event. If they say *yes* there are still a lot of caveats, but I can't remember them all. I'm pretty sure you can't ride with another before running (which you could do at NWR-SCCA events)

Thanks for the info. I'm running Time only and my friend is running novice so I would hope that no one would have a problem with me riding before I run since I won't be gaining an advantage worth anything. If rides are allowed i mean.

Bad news is my CG lock won't be shipped til next week. So I'm going to be sliding all over the place like last year.

If you slide your seat back, twist your seatbelt before latching it, then slide your seat forward, you now have the poor-man's CG lock. Works like a charm!!
