Default clutch problem

ok, so this happened couple days ago.

I drive a 01 s2k with 78k miles.
I hardly ever drive it but recently, my clutch seemed little weird and its getting worse.
What happens is that when I have a foot on the pedal, it sinks down little deeper than normal and since then, getting deeper and deeper and now hardly engages to gears.

Has anyone experience the same or similar experience with their ap1 or 2?
If it's just a time to replace the clutch, PP and etc then who sells good parts for good price and where to get it done in the NW?
I am located in MillCreek area.

Thanks for the help s2ki.

I don't think this I a clutch problem at all. Sounds more like your master cylinder is going out or your super duper low on fluid,But Im not an expert so anyone feel free to chime in!

If I'm right, Replacing that should work. it should be a super easy fix. 2bolts and 2 pipe fittings comes right out. I have one in great condition if your interested.

But do a lilttle more reaserch incase it's not a mastercylnder issue.

Goodluck

Yeah sounds like its either your slave or master clutch cylinder going out. Both are an easy replacement if you have turned a wrench before.

DOT 4 should be flushed every six months or sooner depending on the weather. Not really the best system to be using it in. Most folks forget to bleed their clutch fluid until it is a problem. Symptoms would match the orginal post.
