Take her to Jazzbones. Nice club - good music - if you want to stay in Tacoma. The Point Defiance area is nice for a walk. Gig Harbor has some very endearing qualitites to it.

Seattle? Endless clubs - bars - parks - the waterfront - Pike Place Market - Seattle Center - a drive with the local S2000 owners (might not help you get laid, though! )
