Drag racing
My son and I were at the NHRA drags at SIR (it will always be SIR) Sunday. After seeing cars running in an 11.9 second breakout bracket we both thought
1) if they say a stock can run low 14's, wouldn't a supercharged one get close to that 11.9 number?
2) How funny would that be to see an S2K on the line opposite a Detroit big block?
They must have rules prohibiting this, cause I'm sure lots of ricers could run those kinds of times, but there wasn't a foreign car to be found. Still, the mental picture of my little black S out there cracks me up. Tony

My 350 rwhp S2000 should be good for an 11.9 if:
1. I had a shorter gearset, like, 4.77
2. I had slicks such as ET streets
3. I launched above 6k rpm
4. If I was power shifting
5. Nothing broke
