I don't recall that ever being an issue either. I must be nearly/fully tracked out with little sideways load when I hit redline in second. Guess I'm slow there, too.

I don't have too many problems with 3b. I need to shift right away, but not before trackout. It might be more efficient to shift a mite sooner, but it's bearable.

Turn 9 is the killer. I definitely need to short-shift turn 9 or else I bounce off the rev limiter right at the apex.

Damb! I need to follow you through 8 sometime. I don't hit the rev limiter in 3rd until somewhere between the apex (cone-on-a-stick) and trackout of 9.

The wider you track out for 8, the more speed you'll have through 9... You can go first.
