So what all do you want to see on the dyno sheet.

Last test we did was comparable on both headers. Same day, same dyno, same intake, same cat, same exhaust, same ecu, no tuning.

We didn't record the a/f ratios but we will next time. The only thing we can record is the tail pipe sniffer, which is after the cat so its really pointless to even bother recording.

So you guys let us know what you want the dyno sheet to have on it.

Any one with a 2.2L is welcomed to come test the header.

I will pay for the dyno time and I will do all the work on switching the header off and on.

Pickup an ODBII to serial port cable and capture the ECU data on a laptop. I've used the part available from http://obd-2.com/ in the past but there are surely plenty of other options.

Keep in mind your previous test runs were with a 3" single exit exhaust. Your numbers may be dramatically different when paired with a more plebian exhaust.

If you need a test pipe to weld a second bung for the wideband into, let me know.

I may just do that. I usually let the car warm up to operating temp before I do the pulls. Then I do a few pulls one after the other and choose the best one.

You do this on intec's dyno correct? I would use a dynapack for better accuracy

Actually the dynojet is way more accurate than the dynapack.
