What about buying a new front quarter? I would check to find out if anyone (locally or nationally) that is parting a car. Even if you find one that's a different color you could take it to a honda paint guy and have him sand it and match it.

I don't know if this is the cheapest option however, but it is an option.

 

Don't go to Bel-Red Auto ... the worst.

Bellevue Auto Rebuild is just OK ..

Kirkland .. McClouds ?? I have seen very good work from them but a little pricey.
