Here's the listing on Craigslist. S2000's always appreciate being kept in a garage.

Thank you for looking.

Nice place. If you were looking for a renter around July we would consider it.

haha I know I was like what? A bit too soon for me yet but this could be great for you timing wise. Its also a bit outside of my monthly expense ability. I want to pay by about $400-$500 less. Nice place though, good location.

I'm actually starting to think I undervalued the market. In 12 hours of the first ad going up we got 4 hits.

I was worried about not having the house rented until the 1st of June and now it looks like we might have it rented by the 1st of May.

And yes, it's a phenomenal location in a terrific neighborhood. All the houses are so well groomed you would think there's an HOA, but there isn't. All my neighbors are totally worried though because every house in the neighborhood is owned (not rented). I can see the terror in their eyes and I'm like: "What are you worried about, they'll be living in MY house!"

Yeah not really the kind of news I wanted to hear. Just reinforces some concern I have not finding a good place available when the time comes for me to move. But will deal with what ever, when the time comes. I hope the bank chokes on my house when I leave.
