got pulled over twice for my exhaust(HKS HiPower) first was a warning second not so lucky. didnt get out of it. Both times i was accelerating into traffic from the suicide lane. just happened to have the local fedway police near and they didnt like how my exhaust sounded. I dont know bout you but my exhaust only gets loud when i get on it, SO I try not to do that anymore!

Don't do the crime if you can't do the time.

The reason this is a law is because most of the rest of us don't want to hear your car, no matter how much you want us to.

I ride but not a freakin harley. There was this pos harley rider that would go wot in the morning(down the street) like 7am which use to wake up my new born. I called the cops and complained but they didnt do anything and no i havent seen harley riders get pulled over because i believe most cops are biased and favor them. It just reminds of the south park espisode; people look at you and think how ridicolous you look(no its not cool)...and the outfit..its like a bunch of middle age men in homoerotic..i laugh everytime i see them. ****in Harley all that nosie and you dont go nowhere. So ya ****...Harleys!

Last year I was coming back from Ritzville over I90 with the top down along with a pack of HD riders. At 70 MPH the exhaust noise hurt my ears as they blasted past then dropped back to do it again and again. I took the next exit just to get away from the noise.

Do motorcycle riders typically wear earplugs? If not, we can take some solace in the fact that they'll all be deaf soon, although then they'd be even more inclined to make their bikes loud.

http://www.southparktv.info/season-1...-13-episode-12

Here's the episode ^

A great quote from the episode...

“there are only two types of people that feel the need to play dress up and be as loud as possible – Harley riders and 16 year old girls”

This ticket is no different than running without a front license plate or dark window tint. It is just a matter of time before you get a ticket.
