Default Monday Morning Blues

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Went out to my car this beautiful Monday morning to go to work.
Someone sliced the top, took the shift knob and both seats.

Sorry for your loss. Hope insurance takes care of it and it goes smoothly.

Even though I have seat locks I'm glad im out of school now or I would be worried about someone slashing my top too.

I am sure insurance will cover this because it is counted as a break-in. Few years ago my car got broken in as well (in Vancouver). Stole my deck, amp, changer, sub-woofer etc.

bizzo, you may want to consider a seat lock. S seat costs like $5000.

Sucks... sorry to hear about it. I am thinking of getting Kodokan seat locks... do they work?

$5000! Each or both?
Thank goodness for insurance. My deductible is only $120.
Unfortunately I won't hear from the claims person for a day or two.
They must be really busy. I'll have to look into this seat lock thingy.
And now I'm considering getting an alarm too. Many thanks to the low life
out there for emptying my wallet and inconveniencing me.

Sorry to hear about your misfortune.

Can I ask you about the details of the theft -- where in Redmond, what time it occurred, if your car is parked there regularly, etc.? As a Redmond resident, I'm wondering if I should start taking precautions.

Thanks,
Steve

Did they cut through an alarm?
