if you are gonna be in puyallup thats a nice enough area. kirkland is more like an hour plus in traffic....an hour without traffic.

pacific, algona and auburn and federal way are all palces to avoid.

algona/pacific are all really industrial and not very nice and federal way is like one big ghetto (no offence to those that live there but i wouldnt and im korean.....)

Personally for convenience id live in P-town for a while as rent is ok and the commute would be nothing. then you can take some time and really figure out where you wanna live.

i think theres an area due east of pacific...sumner?? thats kind of a ncie residential area. somewhat cookie cutter houses but newer and a little better kept.

yah i saw something that made me really sad once.

i was going someplace, i was following someone so i had no idea where we were going, but i saw what looked to be shipping containers in a yard of some kind and they had doors on em...like doors for people. and it was like a korean slum. really made me sad to see that people are still treated like that. i dunno.

Shipping containers are at least dry. Better than sleeping under an overpass.

something you can also do is checkout the new google maps.
I don't know how long they have done this but they have a street view now of most of Washington =]
