That's a tough problem to start with.

IF I was to pay someone to replace an engine, I would go to Bellevue Honda. They can source new and used engines. The only problem is the premium cost. This will be a minimum of $5,000 but the whole process should take less than a week. Several local owners have gone this route.

Personally, when I was faced with the same issue:
1) Arranged a group buy of engines from http://www.haprecycling.com
2) Installed it at home.
