Hey all,

Just wanted to say hi. I've been lurking around here for a couple weeks now, and have posted once or twice, but I thought I'd actually introduce myself. My name is Chris, and my wife Kate and I bought a MY2005 Sebring/Black/Red S2k this past Thursday. One owner (lease, somebody in Issaquah), 32,000 miles, and in pretty damn good condition. Anyway, I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Haven't had a chance (or good weather) to take many myself, so I nabbed the dealer pictures, too.













The car is bone stock right now, but I don't really see myself wanting to do too much to it. The radio has to go (or at least the speakers, and add more), but I'm enjoying the car way too much as is to futz with a good thing. Maybe that'll change, we'll see.

Hopefully we'll meet everybody at Tuesday Tacos next week, although I did meet Jerry, WSB, and RT (very briefly) this week, because I showed up when everybody was leaving.

I saw you guys working with different salesperson. Wished I have a chance working with you guys. If all S2ki member bought cars from me...

I would bet your next "mod" would be a set of new tires by winter. The red interior is very nice btw.

 

I'm not quite sure I get why you think that phrasing is so cute... But thanks, we're quite enjoying it so far.

 

If I had known that you worked there, I might have tried to get you as a salesperson, although I did like working with Robert. I don't think he completely believed that we were serious about the car when we first talked to him, though.

I think I'll probably end up doing something with the ICE before we hit winter weather, but yes, tires will be one of the first things that happens.

I really like the red, although we were actually going to get the Silverstone/black that was there if it hadn't sold, mainly due to the lower miles and price. We negotiated down a decent amount in the end, so I'm happy that we got the one we did overall.
