Default Put it to rest

I just wanted to put to rest all the poor comment about Honda Auto Center, Bellevue, WA. What is your problem with this dealer. They are the best in the area and want to fix your car per your requests. So just what is your problem. I see people want only Parker working on their cars, he is a great tech, but is now a mgr. Any of the team leaders or their senior techs are more than qualified to work on your car. So lets put it all to rest right here and now!!

Not sure who you are directing this post at, but my experience with Honda of Bellevue has been very, very negative.

Two seperate attempts to have them fix the TSB54 issue ended in failure when their idiots ... err techs claimed their was not an issue.

Seattle Honda diagnosed the issue and fixed it the same day.

Moreover I worked for a while across the street from the dealer, and lived in the hotel above the dealer. Given the things I have seen their techs and shop boys do to customer cars I make it a point to tell anyone who will listen to stay as far away as possible from Bellevue Honda.

I don't. I have never been to BH.

They are the best in the area and want to fix your car per your requests.
Can you prove that? If so, please post the proof.

So just what is your problem.
I am not aware of any problems, that is, until you started pointing your finger at ME.

I see people want only Parker working on their cars, he is a great tech, but is now a mgr. Any of the team leaders or their senior techs are more than qualified to work on your car.
Ok. What about "Any of the team leaders or their senior techs that are more than qualified to work on my car." at Fife, Tacoma, Lynnwood, Hinshaw, Burien, Renton, Kirkland, Kline, and of course, we can't forget, Honda of Seattle. BYW, I never ask for a specific individuals to work on my car. I do the work myself.

So lets put it all to rest right here and now!!
Ok. Done. Happy?

How come you are not sticking up for Klein Honda? They are closer to Arlington. Do you do the Arl - Bel commute?

Welcome aboard by the way.

I personally have never bothered to trek over the Bellevue to have any work done, I do all of my own maintenance.

However, there have been several reports of screw-ups and Bellevue that should have been no-brainers to the techs. Wrong oil filter, wrong oil, way to long to get a CD out of a bad headunit, etc.

This sort of thing can happen at any dealer with any make of car. Bellevue is no exception.

Presidents awards don't mean jack to me. I've been awarded all kinds of things in my life and they don't really mean anything to anyone. They're just plaques, medals, letters and commendations on the wall that take up blank space.

Personally, Honda auto service is pathetic at best no matter where you go. From my understanding, Honda service managers go to the same place as their Acura counterparts for training but the level of service you receive from each of them is night and day.

If you want to vouch for Bellevue, that's cool, several others have done the same and I'm sure they are better than or equal to most in the area.
