337, I appreciate what you were trying to do. Unfortunately, it seems that the end of this thread is about where it should have started...with a simple query from a tech on how owners would like the service quality and experience to be.

I would guess that you now see that there was no reason to identify Bellevue by name. You could have simply said you were a Honda tech that wanted to poll users to find out what was most important to them and how they would like to be treated and have their vehicles treated.

HEY Mom just got new wiper blades on (first ones since I bought the car) I ran over to Bellevue even though I do usually take the VMOM to Kirkland as you know (so's I can go to Mickey D's while I wait) but anyways....

Randy was toooo sweet and came out and installed them for me so you know I will go back there for somethin sooner or later! Oh I did mention that good Buddy a mine thats allways in HOT WATER and hes said oh yeah hes a good guy! I thought hmmm maybe we should get Randy to come on line and put in a good word for Ben!
