Default Reputable shop for Retainers and Oil Jet bolts

Hey guys, so I need some opinion where to go get my Retainers done and my Oil Jet Bolts done. Attempted to do it with Andrey and well proved to be over our heads. So, I was going to get it done at a shop and just pay for it and peace of mind from the horror stories I read....

I called couple of places and they quoted me over 500-600 bucks... I have no idea why.

I've done retainers by myself before. What's hard about it for you?

Too much of a pain in the ass with the valve spring compressor tool and too easy to drop the damn retainers into the motor.

I plugged the holes with shop towels and strong magnets to catch the retainers. When placing the retainers in I put magnets below the the valve springs.

Sounds like a fair quote. It is a 6 hour job to do correctly.

most of this job is having the right style of valve spring compressor and a handfull of strong magnets.

but 6hrs does sound right.
