I've done Chuckanut probably about 30 times (have a GF at Western) both on my motorcycle and the S2000.

It's a pretty darn fun drive, decently long, but there are way too many slow drivers during weekends. No places really to safely pass. Some people will pull over but most won't.

Igbal, please tell me of this road you speak of

You guys should hit up some Kris D winding road drives this season. Spirited and scenic is a bit of an understatment. It cost a few bucks but drives are well orginized and more bang for buck then a day at the track. They are every last sunday of the month, I think new for this year he has encorperated Saturday drives as well for more of the fearless crowd. I went on every drive but one last year and caught about half of them the year prior, didnt know about them before that. The S drives are usually fun, but not as frequent as I would like and usually a bit slower pace.

How do you know anyway? Your assumption is correct in that I have not raced my car on a track, but you sure assume allot often, it doesnt serve you very well

Exactly. The winding road event I attended sucked so hard I still can't get the taste out of my mouth.

Oh here we go again another ass-umer

Go on two and recomend not one in January ...and see if your impression changes Try any other drive and I think you might give it a more accurate assesment instead of an assumption.

So let's do this instead:

It's obvious to anyone who actually has tracked their car. There is no public road on the continent as fun as Infineon, for instance. And even PR and Spokane are way more fun than Chuckanut or the Mt Baker road or the St. Helens road, etc.

So when you say otherwise, it just indicates you don't know what you are talking about.
