I'm from Vancouver. Is it true that it's cheaper to get S02's from Seattle? I'm looking for rears, anything with 60% + tread is good. Any ideas?

Is it cheaper to get NEW stock S0-2's from Seattle compared to Vancouver? Taxes, labour and all.

It's time for new tires, I wouldn't mind used ones as I plan on getting winter tires later on anyway. Any sellers? Ideas/?
