Default VSA ,Traction Control, and ABS Lights Stay On
I lowered the car then my VSA ,Traction Control, and ABS lights stay on.

You may have broken an ABS wire in the front while taking the suspension in and out. Just lowering the car shouldn't trigger the lights.
