Played around with a couple lenses at the local store today. Unless its teleconverter time 300 isn't going to do it for me. The difference in 200-300 isn't worth it IMO, and while 400 isn't that much more its probably the longest realistically in my range.
The Bigma is enticing with its 500mm end range, I'm going to have to find a place to rent one of those and play around a bit.
