I've been considering getting a GPS navigation unit for my car. Something like the TomTom or the Magellan unit. I love that unit in the new Civic. Would anyone like to venture a guess as to whether or not you can buy this from the parts dept. (like HTguy) and how complicated it would be to adapt it to our cars? Are there a lot of components to something like this?
It's going to depend on whether or not you wan't to mount the navigation unit in your dash like the JDM version of the S2000.
You'll definitely be able to order the parts from hardtopguy once they're available... of course you could just order the parts from an Acura TSX/TL/RL as it's the same type of navigation unit.
I'm not really familiar with the install or anything, but I remember researching this myself last year and found that it was going to be pretty expensive to get a "factory" look. I had estimated around $5,000...
