Default Brakes

I've been meaning to post this for a long time...

When it's cold out, say below zero, my brakes are very touchy for the first minute or two. Is this normal?

I don't believe it is. Mine has never done this no matter how cold (or hot) it is.
Have you changed your brake fluid at all?

No, it's done this from day one. I can't believe I never thought to ask you this before.

This is a bit strange. I suggest you do a HARD brake going in reverse at a reasonable clip (20 KM/hr) and see if this helps. BE CAREFUL!

How about if I do a Rockford?

OK, I'll give it a shot. What does this do?
It might be a while before it's cold enough to tell if it worked. Damn spring and all.
