Yep, chamfering the pads usually helps. Take the pads out and using a file, just knock about 1mm off their edges. Any 90 degree edge of pad, make into two 45 degree angles. Let me know how it works for you!
just to clarify you basically mean I don't want any 90 degree edges where the pads contact the rotor surfaces?

Ian, I would suggest you take a look at your PMs and if there are a quite a few, copy/paste the important ones you want to save to a word processing document and then delete them from all your folders. Also, make sure you go to your profile editing pages and check all your PM settings. Maybe you haven't turned them on after the new site version went into affect.
