i have a question for you guys.... i changed my clutch...so that consisted of unplugging all my sensors.... i look underneath they all look good.... but now my check engine light is on... i got it scanned... and it says something about "secondary air flow"... do u have an idea of what that could be?
For future reference, you can pull the codes yourself. Read here:

http://www.baustnet.com/honda/misc/dtc.htm

I've used that to get a few codes (one for the engine, one for the power steering computer). It works slick.

So, do you know the exact code number? Looking through my service manual, I see "Secondary Air Injection System Incorrect Flow" (code P0411). There's a three page writeup in the service manual on how to diagnose what went wrong with this system.

There are quite a few electrical pieces hidden all over the car that run this system. You really need a copy of the service manual to double check to make sure they are all plugged back in (that and to make sure you got all the vacuum lines hooked back up). There is an electronic copy of the manual that's about 29 megs floating around. If you had an online place somewhere where I could put it...

I can compress it with WinRAR (a much better and more powerful WinZIP program). WinRAR won't compress it much more, but I can get it broken up into smaller files that I can e-mail individually. When you uncompress it with WinRAR, it will stitch them all back together again. Do you know know what your email attachment size limit is?
